About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Technologist to join our technical team. This role is essential in applying and adapting engineering technologies to enhance the performance and quality of our construction and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Modify and adapt established engineering practices and technologies to meet operational and project-specific requirements at Reddy’s General Services (RGS)

· Apply advanced technical knowledge to resolve design and maintenance challenges in real-world settings

· Conduct engineering research, testing, and analysis of systems, equipment, and materials

· Prepare, revise, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and detailed documentation

· Develop and implement engineering procedures and monitor quality assurance systems

· Work collaboratively with engineers and technical teams to ensure optimal project outcomes

· Assist with the commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostics of equipment and systems at RGS

· Ensure compliance with RGS’s industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines

· Provide technical guidance and support to operational and trade personnel employed at RGS.

Qualifications and experience:

· A Diploma in engineering or a related field

· A Master’s degree in manufacturing or project management is highly preferred

· Industry experience in engineering technology within a construction, fabrication, or industrial maintenance environment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, hands-on approach

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

· A strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

We offer:

· Competitive salary in the range of $77,000 to $87,000 per annum depending on experience.
