✅ About You:

Current Registration as a Migration Agent with OMARA (MARN required)

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in visa application preparation and client management

Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and policies

Language proficiency in English plus one of the following (highly desirable):

Filipino

Vietnamese

Spanish

Or any other community language

Excellent communication, empathy, and documentation skills

Strong time management and ability to handle multiple files efficiently

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate migration advice to clients in line with current legislation

Manage end-to-end visa applications including skilled, partner, employer-sponsored, and student visas

Maintain high compliance standards with MARA Code of Conduct

Liaise with clients, employers, education providers, and government departments

Contribute to the continued growth of Aussizz Group through quality service and client referrals
