Description

• Manage 2 HR Coordinators
• Lead 1 to 1's, personal development, training and goal setting with the team
• Support the implementation of HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
• Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations matters.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Manage HR compliance and update internal processes in line with legislation.
• Assist in performance management and development initiatives.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies within the company.

Profile

A successful Assistant HR Manager should have:

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
• Experience managing a team (1 report or more) - in any environment - can be outside of HR
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Offer

• $105,000 to $110,000 salary + super + completion bonus
