The Role:
This is a hands-on, casual role supporting the rollout of our brand across digital channels and platforms. You'll work directly with the founders and play a key part in shaping our visual identity, communications, and early customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design social media assets, email templates, and promotional material using Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Design and Photoshop, Premier Pro)

Assist with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and EDMs

Help manage and build out our Shopify site (product uploads, imagery, copy, basic updates)

Support planning and execution of the launch campaign

Capture and edit basic content (photo/video) for digital use

Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written outputs

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience using Adobe Creative Suite (especially for digital content)

Is confident navigating Shopify and understands how to manage and update a store

Understands social media trends and how to create for them

Writes clear, engaging copy with a strong sense of tone

Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Ideally has a background or interest in coffee, design, or branding

Bonus Points For:

Experience with mailchimp or similar email platforms

Basic photography/video editing skills

Familiarity with paid ads and Meta platforms
