About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team at Nero Tapware. In this role, you’ll be supporting our day-to-day warehouse activities, working closely with our Warehouse Manager and contributing to the smooth handling of all stock-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, and pack orders for pickups

Handle returns and coordinate product alternations when required

Assist with general warehouse duties including receiving and shelf organisation

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operational tasks

Liaise with customer service or sales teams when needed to ensure smooth order flow

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude

Comfortable with manual handling and basic lifting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer literacy (experience with inventory systems is a plus)

Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
