We are looking for a driven and organised Practice Manager to support our Principal Dentist in leading a team of talented clinicians, oral health therapists, and support staff.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or a motivated receptionist ready to step up to take on a leadership role within a busy, modern dental clinic. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, staff are supported, and patient experiences exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Principal Dentist to implement strategies that enhance clinic performance and patient care

Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, rostering, and appointment coordination

Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture

Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity

Monitor workflows and implement improvements to streamline operations

Maintain accurate administrative records, including patient files, inventory, accounts, and staff rosters

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
