About the Role:
We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner and has the ability to execute bright ideas. They'll be able to contribute fresh perspectives and be instrumental in driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Director to seek growth opportunities
Lay foundations to the scale business
Standardise procedures and streamline onboarding processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
Document and optimise office workflows, identifying opportunities for automation using suitable apps.
Generate analytical reports and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organisation.
Oversee Compliance and Administrative teams, providing support and guidance.
Collaborate with AI technologies and stay updated on industry trends to enhance office efficiency.
Provide Finance and HR support, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Coordinate client events.
Client engagement, building integral relationships internally and externally.
Assist with the on-boarding of new employees.
Ensure the office is compliant with WHS, building management and security requirements.
Manage all IT issues and new equipment.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years experience in an General/Practice/Office Manager role.
Professional Services/Financial Services experience preferred.
Pride in their representation of the business
Ability to execute and attention to detail at a high level.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent people and organisational skills.
IT literate and abreast of latest development and opportunities for technological enhancements and improvements.
Salary will be determined on an individual basis and in line with relevant experience and ability.
