About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you'll be central to streamlining their sales and bid operations. Your role requires exceptional organisation, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations: Manage and optimise CRM (Pipedrive), generate key revenue reports, and provide important forecasting support.

Bid Management: Coordinate end-to-end tender processes for complex data centre projects, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies, and contribute to implementing new tools and strategies to boost team effectiveness.

Strategic Impact: Operate with significant autonomy, providing valuable insights and actively contributing to revenue process acceleration and strategic outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years in a similar administrative, sales ops, or bid coordination role, ideally within construction, engineering, or mission-critical sectors.

Skills: Proven CRM proficiency (Pipedrive), exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, strong communication, and a proactive improvement mindset.
