Hours: Full time (1.0FTE)
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Base location at Edinburgh North, with expected travel across relevant sites (Port Adelaide, Country SA and Marion)

About the Role:
The AOD Services Manager is a key leadership position within the Mental Health & AOD portfolio and provides oversight in the coordination and delivery of Sonder’s AOD services in the metro region.
The AOD Services Manager is primarily responsible for the functions of Sonder’s AOD services. The incumbent will contribute to the development of evidence-based and innovative AOD services and will promote the delivery of clinically effective and individually focused therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing substance dependence. The AOD Programs Manager will provide expert leadership, support and guidance to a multidisciplinary team and will play a key role in ensuring staff are provided with adequate supervision
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation.
Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.
A minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of AOD service delivery.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.
- Allied Health Qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Certificate IV in AOD is desirable.
