We’re a small but growing NDIS provider looking for someone special to join our team and keep our services running smoothly!

As the Operations & Participant Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person managing daily operations, staff coordination, and participant support. You’ll wear a few hats – admin, invoicing, rostering, HR, and case management – and play a vital role in delivering high-quality NDIS supports to our community.

What You'll Do:

✅ Build strong relationships with participants and families
✅ Manage rosters, invoicing, onboarding, compliance, and shift coordination
✅ Keep our systems organised and up to date (FlowLogic, Xero)
✅ Support the SIL house and ensure smooth delivery of personal care and community access

What You’ll Bring:

Great people skills and attention to detail

Admin or scheduling experience (NDIS preferred)

Tech-savvy and happy to learn new systems

A heart for people with disability and a love for keeping things running
