The Opportunity
One Fitness 24/7 is seeking a passionate, proactive and experienced fitness professional to lead our team as Gym Manager. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for someone ready to take ownership of club operations, build community engagement, and drive membership growth and retention.

About the Role
As Gym Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operation of One Fitness 24/7. You’ll be supported by a small, dedicated team of trainers and administrative staff, and your leadership will directly shape the member experience and the continued growth of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, facility upkeep, and customer service

Drive member engagement and satisfaction through regular touchpoints, feedback, and retention initiatives

Lead and manage a team of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and support staff

Coordinate class schedules and coach select group fitness sessions

Plan and execute gym events, challenges, promotions, and community engagement activities

Lead new membership sales, referrals, and onboarding processes

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business growth

Manage social media presence and local marketing campaigns

Use and maintain operational systems including MindBody, DoorGuard, Microsoft Office and security software

Ensure compliance with WHS, safety, and club policies

What We're Looking For

Certificate III (minimum) in Fitness; Cert IV desirable

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Previous experience in gym management, fitness operations, or team leadership

Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets

Strong sales and customer service background

Experience using MindBody or similar member management software, Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident managing social media platforms and content calendars
