We’re seeking a confident communicator to join our team as a Career Pathways Advisor. You’ll guide prospective students, understand their goals, and help them enrol in courses that change lives.

What you’ll do:

Respond to student enquiries via phone and email

Hold warm, consultative calls (often 30+ minutes) to uncover career goals

Guide students through the enrolment process and close the sale

Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records

Participate in ongoing training and development

What we’re looking for:

A confident, friendly phone manner with excellent tonality

Genuine enjoyment of having longer, meaningful conversations all day

Organised and proactive, with CRM experience a plus

Comfortable working to enrolment targets and deadlines

A positive, coachable attitude and passion for helping others succeed
