Quality Health Care (QHC) seeks a Community Support Worker to support a vibrant woman, who is in her 40’s with Cerebral Palsy living in her own home in the Northern Beaches (Belrose). She has a fantastic sense of humour, loves a good laugh and enjoys getting out and about. Whether it’s the markets, live concerts, major Sydney events or just a fun day in the community!

This 1:1 support role is perfect for someone looking for meaningful work with variety, flexibility, and longer shift (8+ hours and sleepovers). It’s also a great opportunity to be part of a well-established and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the client in their daily routines while promoting their independence

Escorting to appointments, concerts, events and outings across Sydney (Using a vehicle onsite for staff)

Providing personal care and assist with manual handling

Helping to manage household tasks to ensure a comfortable and happy home environment

Be a companion and be a support

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, fun and energetic personality

Unrestricted drivers license (essential)

Experience in manual handling and personal care tasks (preferred, but training is available)

Experience with Non-Verbal Communication (preferred)

Cert IV or equivalent industry experience

NDIS Worker Clearance

Working With Children Check (WWC)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good availability to work during days, nights and weekends
