Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Innovative Teaching and Learning: Develop and deliver engaging coursework, coordinate teaching activities, and contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning.
• Conduct Impactful Research: Undertake independent and collaborative research, publish in refereed journals, and secure funding through grant applications.
• Mentor Future Nursing Leaders: Supervise graduate researchers and postgraduate students, fostering their academic and professional development.
• Collaborate and Contribute: Actively participate in departmental meetings, staff development, and build effective relationships within and outside the University.

You may be a great fit if:
You are a registered nurse with a PhD, demonstrating a strong commitment to nursing education and research, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective collaborations in a dynamic academic environment.

You may also:

• Be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and have completed (or are close to completing) a PhD.
• Have demonstrated experience in academic teaching and research generation.
• Possess a track record of scholarly publications and knowledge translation in nursing.
• Have excellent problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the capacity to negotiate, exercise initiative, and innovate in your field.
• Have experience in, or be willing to pursue, postgraduate qualifications in adult or clinical education.
