In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a seasoned Change and Training Specialist to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a major digital transformation project. You’ll lead user-focused training initiatives and manage the people side of change, ensuring a seamless transition to a new application platform. This is your chance to shape change outcomes, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver lasting impact across Queensland’s digital landscape.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading communication efforts with clear, consistent messaging across stakeholder groups
• Designing and delivering tailored training programs that build capability and confidence
• Creating engaging, easy-to-follow training materials suited to various user needs
• Facilitating virtual training sessions to support end-user readiness
• Conducting stakeholder assessments to understand needs and potential resistance
• Implementing strategies that foster engagement, buy-in, and collaboration
• Partnering with program leaders to embed change deliverables across the lifecycle

What you need to bring

• Proven ability to deliver structured change initiatives in complex ICT environments
• Demonstrated history of delivering practical and engaging training to end users
• Strong background in delivering consistent, audience-specific communications
• Familiarity with delivering change using recognised methodologies and tools
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes
• Success in delivering collaborative efforts across cross-functional project teams

Bonus points for…

• Background in creating training plans and materials and/or experience using Snagit
• Exposure to distributing communications material via email and/or using Vision6
• A track record of delivering digital learning materials for system implementations virtually
• A flair for delivering communications aligned with brand voice and organisational tone
