This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $60 million high-end apartment development project located in the Inner West of Sydney.

• Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
• Location: Inner West, Sydney
• Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 + Super negotiable dependent of experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
In this role you be joining a team of Contract Administrators who report into the Project Manager. You will be preparing tenders, contract execution, managing subcontracts, progress claims, supply agreements and project procedures for builds up to $60 million high-end apartment development projects. Additionally working collaborative in the team to deliver on project timelines.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project/portfolio above $20 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders. This role also had a very clear progression plan to Senior Contract Administrator.
