Federal Hospitality Equipment (FHE), Australia’s largest importer of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Plumber to join our growing service team in Moorebank.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for repairing, servicing, and commissioning commercial gas appliances for a wide range of hospitality businesses. This is a field-based role requiring independence, professionalism, and strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial gas cooking equipment

Commission and install new gas appliances

Charge customers on-site and complete job reports

Ensure all work complies with relevant gas and safety standards

Communicate clearly with customers and internal service team

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Valid Trade Certificate and gas fitting licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Confidence to charge customers and explain work done on-site

Current driver’s licence
