Slide Right is a specialist maintenance company focused on repairing and servicing sliding doors, wardrobe doors, screen doors, windows, locks and related components across residential properties. Our customers trust us to get their doors sliding right again — with quality work, clear communication, and respect for their homes.

We are expanding and looking for a reliable, hands-on technician to join our team and service customers across Sydney and the Central Coast.

About the Role
This is a mobile field-based role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently. Key duties include:

Repairing and servicing aluminium sliding doors (rollers, locks, track capping, drop bolts)

Servicing windows including sliding, awning and casement types (rollers, chainwinders, seals, locks)

Replacing flyscreen and security screen mesh

Repairing wardrobe doors and mirrors

General maintenance and component replacements across residential door and window systems

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday required. Training is provided both on-site and off-site, so experience with sliding doors is not essential — but mechanical aptitude is a must.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, glazing or similar trades

Good mechanical and problem-solving skills

Full, unrestricted driver’s licence

Professional attitude and customer service focus

Physically fit and confident using power tools

Must have full Australian working rights
