All our homes are built at our main depot in Caboolture, and we work closely with our sister company, Queensland House Removers who handle the transportation and installation of the homes on-site.

About the role

As the Manager at Wright Choice Homes, you will take full responsibility for the business and provide both strategic and operational leadership. In this role, you will drive business growth, oversee sales activities, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Lead all business operations including sales, production and project delivery.

Lead the project supervisors, on site staff, trades and sub-contractors to deliver quality building works in keeping with the scope of works, on budget and to highest standards while maintaining excellent relationships.

Taking care of the overall depot management, oversee all construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

Ensure the project schedules, budgets, and profitability are achieved.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety regulatory standards are followed.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures.

Attending onsite to review projects.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) in a management role, preferably within the residential construction industry.

Proven experience providing leadership, direction, support and motivation to all staff.

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Proven track record of leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project objectives.

Proficiency in construction management software and digital tools.
