Role Overview

As Global Operation Manager, you will oversee and scale our international operations across multiple markets, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and consistency. You'll drive strategic planning, liaise with partners, manage teams, and uphold regulatory standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational strategy across global business lines (education placement, migration, orientation sessions).

Manage international teams and in-house migration agents, ensuring professional development and performance standards.

Ensure full compliance with Australian & international education and migration laws.

Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with overseas educational institutions, agents, and stakeholders.

Oversee budgets, reporting KPIs, and drive operational efficiency.

Coordinate daily orientation sessions and support initiatives for offshore offices.

Conduct regular risk assessments and continuity planning.

Provide senior leadership with reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Represent Edutravel International at global expos, forums, and recruitment events.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree (Business, International Relations, Education, or related; Master’s preferred).

3–5+ years in senior operations management, ideally in education, migration, travel or global services.

Proven ability to manage multicultural teams and international stakeholders.

Deep understanding of Australian education and migration frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Strong aptitude for budgeting and strategic planning.

Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
