We are looking for a ‘director of first impressions!’
We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter providing administration support to the Director and staff.
The role is 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri based in Henderson.
Role responsibilities:
Manage reception area
Greet visitors, guests or clients
Provide admin support to the Director and staff
General admin and clerical duties as required
Ordering printing & stationery, maintaining lunchroom supplies
Efficient and effective maintenance of document and data storage
Our ideal person has:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Well presented
High level of attention to detail
Drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
