CYCLOPS - Anglicare's Young Carer Program - is looking for a Case Manager who's ready to walk alongside young carers, helping them thrive through connection, support, and opportunity.
Join our fun, experienced, and supportive team at our central Canberra location.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing individualised case management to young carers and their families
Facilitating fun, skill-building group activities and school holiday programs
Linking young people with services, supports, and opportunities
Advocating for young carers and helping them navigate life's challenges
Promoting the CYCLOPS program at schools and community events
What You'll Bring:
A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services (or Diploma + extensive experience)
Experience in case management, youth work, or community services
A trauma-informed, culturally inclusive approach
Strong communication, group facilitation, and advocacy skills
ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check & Driver's Licence

These services focus on children and young people in the context of their families to help them avoid returning to crisis.
We want to see a reduction in the number of children needing to enter the Care and Protection system through early intervention services that strengthen family relationships.
