About the role

This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in someone’s life.

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll help people with disability to build confidence, develop life skills, and participate fully in their community. Whether it’s going for a walk, attending an art class, or cooking up a storm – you’ll be right there, supporting and cheering them on.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing daily living support such as personal care, meal prep and household tasks

Supporting clients to engage in fun, social, recreational or educational activities

Promoting independence and skill-building through everyday routines

Being a friendly, trusted presence in your clients’ lives and building strong relationships

Working alongside families and other support networks

Keeping accurate notes and contributing to personalised support plans

Who we’re looking for:

You don’t need a cape – just genuine care, reliability, and a person-centred approach. Ideally, you’ll also have:

Experience in disability

Great communication skills – you’re approachable, respectful and a good listener

A positive attitude and a sense of humour – because joy matters!

Attention to detail and the ability to follow routines and record progress

A current NSW driver’s licence
