The Role:

We’re after a cabinetmaker who knows how to deliver top-quality, high-end joinery every single time. You’ll work with our workshop team, take charge of complex builds, and make sure every project meets our high standards. Subcontractors are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce High-Quality, High-End Joinery: Deliver flawless craftsmanship on every project.

Be the Lead Cabinetmaker

Bring Experience: Proven expertise in custom joinery, high-end installations.

Look After and Train the Team: Mentor junior cabinetmakers, and maintain a positive work environment.

Take Charge on Site: have experience with installations.

Hands-On Approach: Be ready to tackle various tasks and lead by example.

Client Satisfaction: Stay on site as needed to complete installations and ensure happy clients.

Problem Solving: Handle challenges calmly and efficiently.

About You:

Proven experience as a Lead cabinetmaker.

Strong background in high-end custom joinery and complex installations.

Leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

Experience in training and mentoring workshop staff.

Flexible, reliable, and ready to work hard when it counts.

Trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license.

Must have a White Card.

Forklift license preferred
