This role is with Emora – a commercial construction and facilities maintenance company that operates in a range of commercial and security-sensitive environments. We’re a small team with a strong work ethic – we take the work seriously, but not ourselves. We back each other in, deliver quality work, and get the job done without the drama.
We’re now looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team full-time in Caringbah. You’ll be a key player in the operations and client services team – managing jobs from start to finish, building strong client and subcontractor relationships, and keeping everyone in the loop along the way.
You’ll be handling things like:
Keeping our clients informed – and confident – by maintaining clear, ongoing communication across all jobs.
Organising and scheduling planned maintenance, reactive works and minor projects.
Creating and managing tasks from initial request to close-out – including quoting, scopes of work, POs, and invoicing.
Coordinating with subcontractors, chasing quotes, expanding our supplier base and getting us the best rates.
Managing job pipelines across internal systems and client portals, and ensuring KPIs are met.
Supporting the team with compliance, induction requirements, and job documentation.
You'll be using a variety of software platforms and portals (including AroFlo), liaising with Site Managers and trades, and generally being the person that ensures nothing gets missed. You’ll be supported and trusted – but also expected to take initiative, stay across the details, and make things happen.

Monthly bonuses can apply after three months if revenue targets and conditions are met.
