What You’ll Be Doing

Actively source and secure new projects (residential and commercial) across Melbourne, Victoria.

Build relationships with builders, developers, property managers, and facility managers

Work closely with our estimating, design, and project teams to develop compelling proposals

Track and report pipeline activity and performance metrics – own your numbers

Identify emerging markets, trends, and competitor activity

You Should Apply If You...

Have a strong background in sales or business development, ideally in HVAC, construction, or building services

Are well-connected with builders, construction firms, developers, or FM companies

Are naturally proactive – you don't wait for leads, you create them

Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
