The Opportunity

This foundational program focuses on identity consolidation across multiple sites. By migrating to a central identity platform, the organisation will unlock future efficiencies, improve security, and enable broader system centralisation.

You’ll join at a pivotal moment. Timelines are tight and the benefits of the work may not be immediately visible to all stakeholders, making strategic communication and prioritisation essential. The project is vendor supported but requires significant coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Your remit is broad and impactful, bringing order, structure, and momentum to a high-volume rollout with high visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain a robust project plan with clear milestones and outcomes.

Coordinate identity, device, and application readiness across multiple sites.

Work closely with vendors to manage delivery while maintaining internal accountability.

Build strong relationships with site-level stakeholders, gaining buy-in in environments where change is met with resistance.

Own risk, issue, and status reporting across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Translate ambiguity into actionable direction, ensuring key decisions are made and documented.

What You'll Bring

You’re an experienced Project Manager who’s delivered complex digital or transformation initiatives in time-constrained environments. You know how to lead when certainty is limited, and you back yourself to make smart, timely decisions that move the needle.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Strong experience delivering system transformation projects

A deep understanding of stakeholder engagement.

Comfort operating without rigid processes or mature frameworks.

Strong technical acumen.

The ability to cut through complexity and deliver clear, consistent communication.

A steady hand under pressure, with sound judgment around risk and escalation.
