About the role

Better Coatings in Brisbane is seeking experienced, qualified painters to join our growing team. This is a full-time role, based on the Sunshine Coast, where you will contribute to delivering high-quality painting services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and priming

Applying interior and exterior paints to a range of surfaces mostly commercial setting. Strata complex, resorts, commercial buildings, schools and daycares.

Using the latest technology and equipment including spray guns, pressure washers and EWP machines

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines

What we're looking for

Qualified painter with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

White card, ability to complete a police check and blue card (working with children)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
