We're seeking a retail leader who brings warmth, knowledge, and a steady hand to a dynamic and transportive concept.

What you'll be doing:

Oversee all aspects of the wine store’s daily operations

Lead, train, and inspire the Cellar retail team

Curate the in-store experience in collaboration with NZ Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas

Coordinate inventory across retail and adjacent wine bar service

Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate pricing

Monitor sales performance and optimize team efficiency

What we’re looking for:

Strong wine knowledge (WSET 2 or higher preferred)

Proven retail or beverage leadership experience

Strong communication and guest service instincts

A passion for creating approachable, engaging retail experiences

Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
