We are growing our team at Orange Real Estate and are seeking the services of a new Property Manager. Our mission is simple, "To deliver RESULTS that exceed our clients EXPECTATIONS" using the most innovative systems and technology, and always aiming towards outstanding results on every level.

This exceptional person will be required to manage approximately 160+ properties in their property portfolio with the full support of your very own property officer and the property management team leader.

Daily duties will include but not limited to:

Repairs and Maintenance
Arrears management
In-goings and out-goings
Lease preparation/renewals
Routine inspections
NCAT
Viewings for prospective tenants
Approval of new tenants

This will necessitate a high standard of personal demeanour including professional standards and impeccable presentation.

On the job training will be provided on a weekly basis and learning will be provided by one of the best training companies in the country.

About You

To be considered for this role you will be required to have:

Experience in Property Management preferred but not essential and hold a
current Australian Driver's licence

Passionate about providing a great customer service experience with Property Management
Mature
Knowledge of Console Gateway software or similar
Be well organised and highly meticulous
Have lots of energy and passion for the industry
