The Book Processing Facility Manager at Lifeline Canberra is responsible for managing the operations of the Book Processing and Storage Facility/Facilities, supervising the logistics, volunteer and donations team that provides training, advice and support to the Book Warehouse Volunteers and to donors of products to Lifeline Canberra. This person shares the values and philosophies of Lifeline Canberra and fulfils the legal and social obligations associated with the role.

The Book Processing Facility Manager, in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager Operations, General Manager Engagement & Strategy and the Lifeline Canberra team, will:

· Participate in and align with Lifeline Canberra’s strategic direction

· They will establish and maintain appropriate systems to support the strategic direction and growth of the organisation and will ensure such systems reflect the policies and procedures of the organisation.

The Book Processing Facility Manager will hold relationships with Key Stakeholders and the wider Canberra Community Sector.
