Are you passionate about supporting community initiatives and driving positive change? We seeking expressions of interest from a detail-oriented and proactive Program Delivery Officer. This role plays a key part in managing and improving funding programs that support locals and economic development.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you'll help deliver high-impact funding programs that support community and economic development. Your role will involve:

• Program Design & Documentation: Create and maintain application forms, guidelines, FAQs, and assessment criteria using relevant platforms
• Strategic Communications: Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and Engagement teams to develop media plans, website content, and announcements.
• Project Coordination: Manage program timelines and coordinate internal approvals to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
• Applicant Support: Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person sessions, and assist applicants with eligibility assessments, contract execution, and acquittal processes.
• Panel & Session Support: Participate in or support information sessions and assessment panel processes.
• Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare recommendation reports for Director endorsement and CEO approval.

Key Strengths

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with grant management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
