Coordinating fun and helpful programs like parenting sessions, school transition events, and cultural celebrations

Handing out school supplies, lending a hand with referrals, or just being a great listener when someone needs a chat

Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who genuinely cares – a relationship-builder, a community connector, and someone who knows that little things (like a uniform or lunchbox) can make a big difference in a child’s school journey.

🎓 You’ll bring:

A Certificate IV (or higher) in community services, youth work, health, education or similar

Experience working alongside families in a hands-on support role

A strong sense of cultural safety and inclusivity – especially with First Nations and CALD communities

Knowledge of local services and a passion for early intervention

A driver’s licence and relevant checks (Blue/Yellow Cards, Police Clearance)
