About the role

Karratha Central Apartments' is seeking a casual Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest accommodation is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This is a casual position based in Karratha, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to our high standards

Clean and restock bathroom amenities and supplies

Change bed linens, towels and other room furnishings

Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas

Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Office

Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stored properly

Provide excellent customer service to our guests

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to deadlines

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Ability to work as part of a team

Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods

Fluent in English with good communication skills
