We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Factory Hand to join our team in a busy workshop.

About the Role:

This hands-on position involves a variety of general factory tasks, including:

Sanding and finishing of solid surface products

General cleaning and upkeep of the factory environment

Supporting tradespeople as needed with day-to-day operations

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience in the joinery or motor spray painting or building industry

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

A proactive and reliable work ethic

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual tasks
