Elleisha’s Property Services and Supports is a local independently owned and operated company offering a wide range of property maintenance, cleaning services and Support services for residential and business clients throughout the Newcastle/Hunter/Maitland region.
We are looking for a Compliance officer to join us on a 3-day initial capacity, with opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage company risk assessments
Have knowledge of NDIS compliance
Manage all employee inductions to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding
Support and maintain WHS (Work Health and Safety) systems and processes (experience desirable)
Manage and track compliance-related caseloads
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Collaborate with staff in an outgoing and professional manner
Utilise Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and report
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in WHS (desirable)
Knowledge or experience in risk assessments
Strong organisational and caseload management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently across 3 days per week
Experience in conducting or managing staff inductions (preferred)
Will need a current WWCC and NDIS screening check
