Breeze Group PTY LTD are an up-and-coming labour recruitment specialist, that was established with a personal approach to labour hire and human resources within all industries, but specialising in the 3PL, Warehousing and Manufacturing sector.

There is an opening within our team for a Sales Representative, to help take Breeze Group to the next stage within our growth, whilst simultaneously improving your own personal growth.

About the Role

Contributing to the growth of Breeze Group through the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing clients within the scope of our current resources and clientele portfolio based between our established sites.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work autonomously to deliver new clients throughout Melbourne’s Northern and Western suburbs

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

· Winning new clients while maintaining existing client relationships

· Visiting and managing new and existing clients where required to help drive growth and maximize opportunity.

· Achieving monthly sales and growth targets

· Developing strong customer engagement and brand advocacy

· Liaise with our operational team to transition new business across into the operation.

· Reporting back to the Group, regarding new acquisitions and potential new clients and leads

About you

What you will need to succeed in this role

· Have a proven track record as a sales representative preferably within the 3PL and manufacturing industries.

· That you are outgoing, approachable and sales focused with a desire to further your career.

· A confident communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit the situation.

· Demonstrated success in seeking and converting new business opportunities.

· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence a positive outcome.

· Have a positive can-do attitude and be able to adapt to change.

· Self-motivated, highly organised & able to work autonomously.

· Safe driver history.

· Industry experience considered a bonus.

Please note, our pay rate is negotiable and is dependent on your previous achievements and experience as a Sales Representative.
