We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused leader to manage daily trade floor activity, inwards stock, and a small team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, pride yourself on organisation, and know your way around a forklift and a warehouse, this is the opportunity for you.

About the Role:

As the Inwards Goods / Trade Floor Supervisor, you'll:

Receive, inspect, and manage all inbound stock.

Supervise day-to-day operations on the trade floor including merchandising, stock replenishment, and team leadership.

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to our trade clients.

Ensure safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all areas.

Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to keep the flow of goods and information running smoothly.

What You'll Need:

Experience in warehouse, trade sales, or building materials operations.

A current forklift licence (essential).

Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Confidence with stock management and ERP systems.

Physically fit and willing to get stuck in on the floor.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the construction, hardware, or trade supply industry.

Supervisory or team leadership background in a similar role.
