ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning team. You will manage a portfolio that mostly comprises properties in the inner-city and surrounds and includes the following responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls & emails.

Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders.

Negotiate lease renewals & rent reviews.

Coordinating repairs & maintenance.

New Tenant sign ups.

Final Inspections & bond disposals.

Arrears Management.

Coordinate the general day-to-day of your own portfolio and meet KPIs.

Skills and experience

Current Australian driver's license.

Current PM Registration.

Proven working experience in Property Management.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Use of Property Tree preferred.

Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs.

Proven ability in preventing, negotiating, and resolving conflict using your relationship building/managing skills.

Demonstrate ability to take initiative and adapt your work approach to circumstances as required.
