Be Fremantle is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to lead the housekeeping department of our Serviced Apartments. This role will cover 2 days per week and any annual leave days of our Housekeeping Supervisor. Additional shifts will also be available as a Housekeeper. Please note only experienced Housekeeping Team Leaders to apply.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure Be. Fremantle is always presented to the highest standard
• Plan and co-ordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team on a Saturday and Sunday
• Ensure that Housekeeping benchmarks and standards are always being met
• Inspect and check all apartments and public areas ensuring the highest standards are always met and maintained
• Ensure compliance of lost property process in accordance with Policy
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Understand and ensure the safe usage and storage of cleaning / chemical agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturers instructions
  

Your experience and skills should include:

• A minimum 1 year’ experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader
• Highly organised, detailed orientated with impeccable attention to detail a must
• Address tasks with a sense of urgency
• Have a proven record
• Results driven
• Being team player that contributes to and assists co-workers without being asked
• The ability to deal with guests’ complaints and staff conflict in a professional, fair and calm manner.
• Computer literate: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Outlook/Excel. Preferable experience with Guest Centrix PMS
