This is a great opportunity for an Asset Management professional with an operational background to make a real impact on the performance of a business and its service delivery.

Key challenges:

• Connecting the business strategy with operations you will lead the planning and delivery on key operational initiatives.
• You will be responsible for asset optimisation and utilisation.
• You will oversee the review of the network and benchmark performance, in doing so identify operational opportunity and synergy.
• Take a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes.
• Provide leadership, management, mentoring and development to a direct and indirect team.
• Ensure the Asset Management Team generates innovative, fit for purpose and cost-effective.
• Technical review and mentoring including compliance.

You will be:

• Suitably qualified with 15 + years’ experience, with a technical Asset Management background.
• 5+ years in operations in maintenance engineering, reliability or related discipline.
• Proven ability to analyse performance, benchmark and identify improvements.
• Experience and understanding of delivering effective client solutions as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to present to clients.
