Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to shape future workforce capabilities
• Design and deliver leadership development and learning pathways
• Leverage learning technologies to create scalable, inclusive experiences
• Evaluate program impact and drive continuous improvement
• Develop strategic frameworks for core, technical, and leadership capabilities
• Support talent initiatives such as succession planning and career pathways
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Deep expertise in instructional design and adult learning
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• A background in HR, Organisational Development or a related field
