Role Description
Reporting directly to hands-on leadership in sales and operations, this is your chance to own your patch and make your mark. If you’ve got a background in steel, construction, or related trades, and the confidence to open doors and close deals, this is where you’ll thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across NSW construction markets

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients in steel and fabrication sectors

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with builders, fabricators, and developers

Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored steel product solutions

Provide accurate quotes, manage pricing negotiations, and close deals

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a highly competitive environment

Stay across industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity

Salay and Benefits

Base $80k-$100k | 12% Super | Car Allowance | Bonus
