Your Role
Reporting to/working closely with our Clinical Director and other Care Manager, your role will be a combination of front-line nursing work, management and development of our growing team of personal care assistants and nurses. This includes but will not be limited to, the following:
Working one-on-one with clients and their loved ones, focusing on their individual nursing needs and happiness
50% face-to-face and administration duties
Help tailor and keep care plans and care documentation records up-to-date
Liaising with allied health and other healthcare professionals
Assist the Clinical Director in managing client and support coordinator relationships
Support the Clinical Director with daily reviews of progress notes and ensure closure of any gaps in care are addressed
Assist in the training, development and management of our growing team of caregivers and nurses
Assist with workforce management

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
AHPRA Registration
3+ years experience preferred
Management experience
IT literate (we use Alayacare)
Passionate about making a difference
Mandatory Requirements
National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector - Unsupervised Access)
COVID Vaccinated
NDIS Disability Screener
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
