We’re seeking an experienced Retail Lease Administrator to join an established and respected national retail landlord with a diverse property portfolio. Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management & Leadership:

• Build strong, productive relationships with tenants, internal teams, and external partners
• Proactively address tenant issues and support risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues across business lines to maintain best-in-class policies and procedures

Leasing:

• Draft lease proposals and manage the full lease lifecycle
• Ensure all leasing documentation is executed, registered, and stored accurately in Yardi and the intranet
• Maintain lease trackers and attend leasing and tenancy coordination meetings
• Liaise with external legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lease processing and compliance

Asset Management:

• Deliver monthly critical date reports and track key milestones including expiries, rent reviews, and options
• Ensure all compliance documents are received and uploaded prior to tenancy commencement
• Oversee fit-out incentive tracking and manage associated approvals
• Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements

About You

• Experience in a retail property or leasing administration role
• Proficient in lease interpretation with a strong grasp of leasing processes
• Working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Previous experience with Yardi is highly desirable
