The Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll work closely with our senior team to deliver standout service to our clients. You’ll be exposed to every part of the PM process, including:

Assisting with routines, maintenance and lease renewals

Liaising with tenants and landlords

Learning entry and exit processes and software systems

Supporting your team with compliance and communication

Attending training sessions and client events

Building confidence and capability with hands-on guidance

What You’ll Bring

Strong customer service or administration background (real estate experience is a plus)

A genuine desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

A positive attitude and willingness to be coached

Salary range: $60,000–$70,000 depending on experience

Full-time, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility depending on events)
