An opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to join our team to deliver a wide variety of projects in the high-end fitout and refurb space.

The successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership in site management to meet contract deliverables and client expectations, while prioritising safety and environmental obligations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end
- Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
- Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria’s of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance
- Adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program
- Carry out safety audits, tool box talks, quality ITPs and site coordination meetings
- Provide practical solutions to daily on site challenges and obstacles
- Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviours are aligned with the company's values
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar role preferred
- Trade qualification or similar will be highly regarded
- Experience using project software (ideally Jobpac, Hammertech, Procore, & MS Project) preferable
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Preferred Design & Construct contractual experience
- Previous experience with commercial fitout or refurbishment companies highly regarded
- Stability on your CV will be highly regarded
- Drivers License

Education and Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering / Construction Management), or other recognised tertiary or trade qualification
• Open Site Supervisors License
• Trade Certificate 3 or 4
• First Aid and CPR

• Strong operational and delivery excellence

• Senior level management experience in construction industry
• Proven history of successful delivery and strong knowledge of construction process
• Analytical and Strategic thinking
