Boost My Business is a digital marketing company that helps businesses across Australia and New Zealand with their online journey. We are taking the business to the next level by opening a new call centre for lead generation and appointment setting for our team of experienced representatives to close either by Zoom or Face to Face.

Boost My Business is seeking to find a very experienced call centre manager to help set this call centre up and build a team to manage. Product training will be provided and you will eventually be able to close sales yourself to make more income via commissions.

Key Responsibilities include:

Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and build rapport in a professional manner.

Secure further engagement, meetings and presentations for the sales team.

Develop and Maintain the CRM ensuring that all new entries are of an acceptable standard.

Represent the company professionally, knowledgeably and with credibility.

Manage the Lead Gen Team to ensure all targets are achieved.

About You:

At least 2 Years experience in a similar role.

Previous background in Cold Calling and Lead Generation, Telemarketing or Telesales.

Ability to think on your feet.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to manage time effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
