The Role

This is a ground floor opportunity for a receptionist who enjoys variety and thrives in a professional legal environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front-of-house duties while also supporting wider administrative functions.

Your day-to-day will include:

▪️ Answering and directing incoming calls and visitors

▪️ Managing mail, scanning, photocopying, and filing

▪️ Updating client information and working electronically across systems

▪️ Supporting the coordination of firm events and staff functions

▪️ Providing ad hoc support across all practice areas

About You

▪️ Minimum 2 years experience, ideally in legal

▪️ Confident with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and cloud-based platforms (paper free)

▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

▪️ Strong attention to detail and file management skills

▪️ Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
