Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Airport Apartments by Vetroblu in Redcliffe, WA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and team feedback.

- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

- Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and schedules to optimise productivity and guest satisfaction.

- Maintain inventory and ordering of all housekeeping supplies and equipment.

- Provide hands-on support with cleaning duties as needed.

- Liaise with departments such as Front Office and Maintenance to resolve housekeeping-related issues.

- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.

- Support the development and training of the housekeeping team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Executive Housekeeper or similar senior role within hospitality.

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning techniques, and inventory management.

- Proven leadership and team motivation skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
